"My cards were expired and I needed them updated for my inspection. Went home, embarrassed. Hoping the inspector doesn’t judge me as an irresponsible idiot. So I make a call to garret spegar team and Lettie answered. She not only sent me the updated cards for immediate use, but also had me laughing so hard, I almost had to change my pants. "Update 6/25: Lettie is so personable and helpful. I'm buying a new car and she immediately gave me a ballpark quote without the VIN which is not yet available to me. She saved me money compared to my existing car and does it with a smile in her voice. Lettie is amazing! She analyzed my needs and was so efficient in creating auto, home and personal liability policies and working hard to save me money. She's also so friendly and conscientious.
